JuiceebeYOUty New Client Policy:  We ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our lash Techs/specialists may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you thank you for your consideration.

JuiceebeYOUty Booking Policy:  Here at JuiceebeYOUty require a credit card on file to hold all appointments, however,  you may pay as you please upon arrival. JuiceebeYOUty strongly suggests pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving our establishment to ensure you are able to get an appointment with JuiceebeYOUty at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes or our other services.

JuiceebeYOUty Late Policy:I f you are running late to your JuiceebeYOUty appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise, JuiceebeYOUty will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible or other services you may have selected and the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if JuiceebeYOUty is unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your sessions with JuiceebeYOUty.

JuiceebeYOUty Cancellation Policy: JuiceebeYOUty understands unforeseen events do happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. Here at JuiceebeYOUty we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service providers.  In any event 24 hours notice is not given JuiceebeYOUty will try our best to re-book your appointment time with us. If JuiceebeYOUty is unable to fill your time slot JuiceebeYOUty reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee to the credit card that we have on file totaling 50% of your session./services that was booked. 

JuiceebeYOUty No Show Policy: JuiceebeYOUty reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to your credit card that we have on file totaling 95% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After several no shows you will not be able to book an appointment with JuiceebeYOUty unless it is paid in full at time of  your booking and there is absolutely no refunds.  

JuiceebeYOUty Children Policy: Here at JuiceebeYOUty we ask that you Please bring no children in any of our treatment sections. JuiceebeYOUty Eyelash extensions, Facials & Our other services take major concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in our sections. We ask if you can have a care provider accompany your child or children under the age of 12 in our waiting areas. Here at JuiceebeYOUty my staff and I are unable to watch children at our place of business  and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule any appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.

JuiceebeYOUty Makeup Policy: Here at JuiceebeYOUty we ask that you thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash or facial session.  Your eyes must be clean and oil-free upon arrival and your skin must be clean and oil free otherwise we will charge a $10  fee for your makeup/oil removal and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection. and JuiceebeYOUty will not be held responsible. 

JuiceebeYOUty Age Policy: Here at JuiceebeYOUty Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult NO EXCEPTIONS. Adults must be present in the treatment section during JuiceebeYOUty consultation.

JuiceebeYOUty Cell Phone Policy: We ask that all mobile phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

JuiceebeYOUty Lash Fill Policies: If your lashes are more than 50% detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. 2 Week Fills: No more than 35% loss of initial set 3 Week Fills: No more than 45% loss of initial set 4+ Week Fills: You will definitley need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure that your lashes are healthy. JuiceebeYOUty must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.

JuiceebeYOUty Foreign Fill Policies: JuiceebeYOUty kindly require all of our clients with existing lash extensions from other salons to book a consultation with JuiceebeYOUty FIRST before booking a fill appointment with JuiceebeYOUty. Here at JuiceebeYOUty must first assess the work from your previous salon or person to be sure we can work over it. If JuiceebeYouty cannot work over your existing lashes/work, we will recommend removal and you get a full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, we recommend booking a full set to ensure our staff  has enough time with you.

JuiceebeYOUty Allergies Policy:  JuiceebeYOUty is aware that allergic reactions do happen but are usually rare. Eye infections due to improperly washing and caring for your lashes or skin tend to be more common. Our staff at JuiceebeYouty will thoroughly go over your intake form to try to catch any contraindications before your lash or facial appointments.  If for any reason you do have an allergic reaction after receiving eyelash extensions, we will remove your lashes free of charge.
